About the Event
Join Your Spirit Academy's founder Jessica Smalls for a 3 hour session of connection, reflection and nervous system regulation.
We begin together in sacred circle, exploring rhythms with simple instruments, and a revealing drum journey to support your exploration of the path of your Spirit. You will learn to ground into your intuition, and notice which Oracle card is calling to you to add deeper meaning to your experience.
After a movement break, we will break into groups to explore emotional release with pendulums and journals, as well as facial cold plunge to reset our nervous system to calm.
All activities take place inside the Scalar field, generated by Tesla Coils that offers a calm and relaxing space that supports clearing static from our bodies so we can rest and breathe.
