For Those Walking With Inner Darkness

In my mentorship calls this week, the theme was the darkness that comes up from inside of us and feels scary...inevitably hijacking our nervous system to be more vigilant. For some, the energy prompted rampant memories and feelings of fear along with the need to run far far away from whatever it is.

In mentorship calls we learn that we are at choice, and that means we often get to identify patterns that might frighten us AND determine new ways through our "stuff" if we are really wanting more peace inside ourselves.

This week, while discussing The Hurts (a gentle and very effective Shamanic process of pattern discovery), a mentee identified that they are having nightmares at night on the days they complete their exercises. You see, when we begin walking through our inner world, there are going to be visuals that frighten us. I had them too when I was working through this piece of my own mentorship. These visuals show up to assist our power to return to us. It is our body's way of moving the energy we write about in practice through to complete a circuit and render that energy complete and ready to be released.

When these visions arise, we have a choice (as we always do and rarely believe) to make. We can choose the fear the vision creates and traumatize ourselves again (remember the situation is over and we ARE safe now), or we can choose something else to encourage the energy to flow in such a way that it feels relieving for us.

Often mentorship calls bring about the greatest tools, and this week was no exception....the Crystal Prism Meditation was born.

I mentor others because they require a unique path through their "stuff" to the BEINGNESS they were placed in their body to radiate. I mentor others because doing so supports me to connect more deeply with myself, more completely with the Spirit Council of the Thirteen Grandmothers, and with my own unique channel, Red Star Oracle. I am an all around better human when I support others with tools that support their rise back into their originally encoded energy.
